Sarah and I met at the Greek Orthodox Church in the confirmation classes. Our friendship blossomed quickly through our mutual interest in food and extracurricular activities. Fun fact Sarah and I celebrate the same birthday month. Sarah is a person I can always go to whether I am having a bad day or a good day. She has such a nurturing personality and truly brings out the best in anyone she engages with. I can't wait to have her by my side on our big day.

oh goodness where do I begin? Emily is my cousin but really she and her sister Lara filled the roles of big sisters for me. Emily and I are kindred spirits when it comes to being outdoors and embracing our tomboy attitudes. I have many memories of us jumping on the trampoline outside Mimi's house, getting Chick-fil-a through the drive-thru in her yellow Volkswagen bug, and playing red light / green light at family reunions. Emily has in many ways been a great inspiration to me as she has such tenacity, grit, and admiration to live life to the fullest. I know with her support our wedding will be lived and loved to the max.

Meghan is my lovely sister-in-law and the mother to my beautiful nieces. I remember the first time I met Meghan and I was not ready for my brother to have a girlfriend as he was my best friend all my life how could he have another friend besides me? Meghan welcomed me with the biggest smile and engaged with 13 year old me in the best way a person could engage with a new teen. She brought nail polish over for us to paint our nails and talk about boys, school, whatever. I loved that Meghan tried to make me comfortable in getting to know her as my brothers girlfriend. Meghan has always exemplified to me the wife and mother I hope to be one day. A wife that carries herself with grace, shares compassion with the ones she loves, and lovingly puts her family above all else. I am so excited to have her by my side and to have her in my life as a maternal role.

Lara is my cousin and is the sister of Emily and has always been a fashion Icon to me. Lara can truly bring things to life whether it be an outfit, a house, or an event. Lara has such a creative eye. She used to take doilies and sew them to shirts! who would have thought of that? I have many fond memories with Lara but my favorite memory is of her staying with us in Atlanta as she interned with a fashion designer . Lara and I would watch "Keeping up with the Kardashians" as we looked through "Better homes and gardens" or "brides" magazines. Lara would let me borrow her heels for church or school events. I always knew I had style if I had something of Lara's. One of the coolest gifts Lara gave me from her New York visit was a bracelet made from a recycled pink vinyl record. Lara finds beauty in everything even things we might consider mundane. I know with her by my side our day will be a beautiful piece of art.

Julia is Nick’s sister and she has been a joy getting to know. As my relationship with Nick grew so did my relationship with Julia. Growing up with three older brothers I have always wanted a sister and I’m so grateful I get to call Julia my sister-in-law.

Dorothea is Nick's cousin and part of the Parish council at the Greek Orthodox church. She is passionate about her work and philanthropy. She loves to travel connecting with others; she has a way of captivating you with her humorous stories as if you are reliving the moment with her. Dorothea exhibits such decorum and poise in all facets of her life. I am ecstatic to have her as part of our big day.
